Cookies & privacy

This notice explains how SOS Locksmiths (David A Smith, 8 Regent Rd, Lostock, Bolton BL6 4DJ) uses the personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, postcode and a description of the job.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out work you have asked for, and keep records needed for our business (for example invoices). We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How your enquiry is delivered

Website enquiries are sent to us by email using a form-delivery service (Web3Forms). Your details pass through that service only to reach our inbox.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to work carried out are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by calling 07789 263678. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
